Yesterday was on track.
Kids back at school, I any to a bonus sw meeting in the morning where I had gained a pound, so only 13 lb total weight loss. But had an in control day.
Porridge and milk for breakfast
Lunch was the egg, bean thing I made on Sunday. I snacked on clementines and bananas and boiled eggs.
I ate only 2 of the kids chips and no fish fingers.
Supper I made salmon fish called with fresh salmon, potato, sweetcorn, egg, cottage cheese. Not enough speed food, but basically a good in control day with plenty free food and maybe 1 syn.
