On Shabbos we went out for lunch and I stayed really focused, had one piece of challah, ate lots of green salad.

I’ve been snacking on lots of fruit, I’m a bit obsessed with Sharon fruit as they are in season now. Because I’m not allergic to them, and they don’t need checking for bugs. It’s a winning combo. Oh and they are scrumptious.

Yesterday I had 17 syns. I got stressed with the kids and starting eating nosh. But I kept counting and that is an achievement in and of itself.

I know that eating doesn’t help deal with stress but it’s a terrible habit I have that I need to break.

But the point is that I’m really focused. I just HAVE to lose this week.
