Since weigh in I’ve not been off the Ralf but I’ve just been a bit inaccurate, not counting everything. I hope I haven’t done too much damage.
I’ve got another week until weigh in because I usually weigh on Monday but last two weeks went on Thursday so will go back next Monday. I’m sure that knowing I had over a week until weigh in was partly responsible. Also being tired and annoyed with the children, comfort ate.
Need to buckle down and lose this week. It’ll get me back under 14 stone if I can lose more than 2 lbs this week. But to lose 2 lbs I have to try properly
