Stayed really well within my calories today.

The lentil Korma was nice but probably nicer how she made it. I didn’t have any coconut milk so I used almond milk which is obviously not the same thing, and no cashews. I had it with a pitta (pretending it was a naan-maybe another day I’ll make naan bread, yum), and then had another meringue/squirty cream/banana Eton mess style dessert which felt so decadent.

I must remember to eat the watermelon that I bought on Friday.
