I had one of these as a snack


It was yummy, but tiny and I could easily eat the whole packet (127 kcals) each.


The actual food didn’t last long enough for me to photo it! But it was nice. Might have something else now.

The app says that I burned 448 kcal doing the aerobics. I don’t know if that’s true or not because I took it fairly easy because of my back. I’m never sure whether I should allow myself more calories when I exercise or just keep to the same.
