A surprisingly filling breakfast. 2 weetabix, 3 dried apricots, un measured full fat milk, yoghurt.
Lunch, toast with fried egg and avocado, then 2 kiwis. Yum.
A little while after lunch, bit peckish
Ryvita with peanut butter
And then a bit later, a handful of raisins
In the car on the way to collect from school, a banana
And while giving kids their supper I ate half a piece of salmon.
During kids bedtime tempted by a banana but didn’t eat it.
Dindins. Plus another carrot. I love broccoli, it is so scrummy. Treated myself to the expensive pre checked stuff.
I think today was a day of eating healthy choices and eating real food when hungry.
