Thank you for your supper suggestions, as I had a packet of mince in the fridge I decided to make some bolognese (a word that always looks incorrectly spelt to me). On two slices of toast. Delicious.
And for dessert I did an aerobics workout off youTube.
To be honest, it was a bit of a weird video. It had several clips all joined together, which actually worked well but the sound was difficult to hear. Also it finished in the middle of a move, just cut out. Which was a bit odd. I definitely worked up a sweat though!
I am glad I did some exercise to finish off the day, and to begin my birthday. (Do you like how I dropped that in at the end?)
