Today it has been soooo hot.
Breakfast – porridge with almond milk and half a banana.
Even though it is so hot, I may seem crazy having porridge but I know it is the only thing that will keep me going all morning.
I went to my Zumba class. I’m so glad I went, but the heat did make it much harder. I wonder if you burn more calories when it is 35°?
I realised there were chicken shnitzels from the chicken I bought for Shabbos they needed cooking so I popped them in the griddle pan with some garlic powder and paprika. With spinach, babycorn, sweetcorn, hearts of Palm and mushroom. A stunning salad. The first picture accidentally had our phone number on it, so only the picture of seconds which isn’t as big as my firsts.
H fell asleep this afternoon and I did too! The heat is just so exhausting. When I woke up I ate a few more pieces of chicken and sweetcorn.
Other snacks, 2 clementines and a banana. A bag of biltong kindly sent by my brother in law in LA.
Supper – chicken sandwich, 2 slices wholemeal bread, chicken, rocket, half an avocado. My phone battery died just as I was about to photo it, but I’m sure you can imagine it.
