Breakfast – 2 weetabix almond milk
Morning snack – banana
Lunch – sandwich (2 slices wholemeal bread, tuna mayo, rocket, carrot, pickles) + another carrot
Afternoon snack in car – 4 rice cakes
Afternoon snack home – banana
Afternoon snack after children’s bedtime – a bit of scrambled egg, probably about 1 eggs worth.
Supper – homemade wholemeal rolls, breakfast sausages (an exciting discovery at the back of the freezer), fried onion and mushroom, baked beans, plus 2 more sausages than photo because they were so delicious.
