I’m feeling quite tired after fasting yesterday (broke fast with a tuna sandwich), a full day with all three kids and then shiva to go to for my Grandma’s brother. I was tempted to not post but here’s just a quick recap of today’s food to keep me on track

Breakfast

Afternoon snack

Plus a banana

Since I was going to the shiva I wasn’t sure what time I’d be back and ate supper with the children early.

I had seconds of the rice and corn.

When I got home from the shiva I was hungry and had a second supper!
