Breakfast – plain yoghurt, kiwi, banana

Lunch – wholemeal pitta, egg mayo in half, tuna mayo in half, carrots, strawberry yoghurt

Afternoon snacks – banana, 4 new potatoes, a tival sweetcorn schnitzel

Supper – sweetcorn schnitzel, baked beans, carrots, green beans

I slept badly and was tired today. That’s probably why I felt really hungry all day. The numbers on the scale this morning were not happy numbers though so I’m still focused after a weekend of excess.
