Breakfast – porridge with almond milk

Snack – beetroot (roasted with salt and tarragon vinegar! Amazing!) Egg, egg mayo, carrot

Lunch – sandwich – wholemeal bread, cream cheese, pickles

Today has been packing, (leaving shortly) and shabbos cooking. Hence I’ll be brief!

Shabbos plan

Bought Challa, Chicken, potatoes, carrots, butternut squash

Tomorrow – chicken, salad, Challa, I plan to make couscous when we get there, I hope it’ll work out.

Everything else will be usual sorts of meals, cereal etc.
