Breakfast – porridge with almond milk
Snack – I think I had a banana in the morning
Lunch – spinach, chicken and sweetcorn
Afternoon snack – a taste of a yoghurt with 1 smartie-type drops
Supper – couscous and meatballs (oh happy day that has meatballs in it)
Surely I had more than that? I don’t think I did, but that doesn’t seem like a huge amount, and I wasn’t overly hungry.
R&M happily back at school! Hurrah! H starts next Monday.
