Thank you all so much for all your comments and likes of my previous post. It proved to me exactly why I’m writing this blog. Having this online support is really helpful. Thanks again. Today’s been pretty much back on track.

Breakfast – porridge with almond milk

R has school on a Sunday morning, on the way to collect him I had 5 or 6 flat breads.

Lunch – Cheese and onion omelette, boiled carrots

Afternoon snacks – banana, yoghurt, a little cake mixture, half a cupcake (R&M wanted to do some baking this afternoon), half a chicken breast


Supper – wrap with rocket and chicken

H starts nursery tomorrow! I can’t wait! Only half days for a week and then longer hopefully!
