My screen is being uncooperative in typing so just the food diary and no pontificating!

Breakfast – porridge with almond milk

 -Two boxes of raisins 

 Lunch- babycorn, 2 vegetarian koftas

 Afternoon  snack- peanuts and banana 

(About 1/2 peanuts and one banana)

Later snack – half a cupcake that had taken three days with R to make (what a complicated recipe, but it was good! Orange cake, syrup and icing!)

Supper – toast with egg and avocado (cottage cheese pictured but I didn’t eat it)
