Breakfast – plain yoghurt and sweetener, banana, cranberries

Morning snacks I didn’t eat – I went to a shiur and didn’t have a single biscuit Fri m the plates in front of me

Lunch – mixed green baby leaves, feta, nando’s sauce, Sunflower seeds. Followered by mango (half tub)

Afternoon snacks, lots and lots of watermelon. Bulgar wheat during kids supper

Supper – steak, carrots, spinach, ketchup
