Morning snack before aerobics – prunes

Got back to my aerobics/Zumba, which I haven’t been to since before the summer holidays. I was so pleased to get back.  Again, unbelievable that such a phrase should leave my lips.

Lunch – shabbos leftovers, beef, beetroot, peppers, spaghetti

I was so stuffed after this meal.

Afternoon snacks before school pickup – more prunes

After school snacks – a few corn thins, and some of the kids chips.

I won’t dwell on it, but after perhaps eating too many prunes I didn’t feel like having the lentil soup I made for supper. Instead I had a pitta bread with marg and marmite. It hit the spot.
