Breakfast – porridge with full fat milk (Tesco coming tomorrow)

Lunch – went to a very informative conference today regarding SEN organised by Barnet Sendiass. I didn’t realise lunch was going to be provided (including kosher options!) and had brought a tuna sandwich and orange….

But did also sample a few yummy samosas and spring rolls first before realising they weren’t going to fill me up.

I held back from the carrot cake that everyone was raving about though.

Afternoon snack – finished off kids sausages, and a banana

Supper – more sausages, carrots and green beans

Not exactly the best day really foodwise.
