Drink more, even if it means more toilet stops.
Move more – contrary to what I may tell myself, I know really that it will give me energy to accomplish more and make me happier.
Eat less cake and biscuits (ideally none at all)
Go to bed earlier, even if it means doing less.
Fill up with meals and less snacks.
Prioritise myself and my health.
Great plan. As discussed this morning, I think I’ll try this for myself. You are a very positive influence!!!! Lots of love and hugs. Daddy xx

I don’t think you should twerk yourself! But seriously – moving on after a bad spell and not dwelling on it is the the healthiest thing to do. It’s also one of the hardest.
If there’s one thing that will make your ultimate success most likely and attainable, IMHO, it’s the resilience of moving on without the rebound, without the self recrimination, freeing your mind and letting go of yesterday’s negativity.
If you learn how to do this effectively, please share your secret.
As always, Sirius loves you. Go babe, go.

It is very easy to dwell on the past and beat yourself up, but it doesn’t help. If the plan is to do something that helps you have to just draw that line and move on. Let go of the guilt (just before Yom Kippur), accept that what is done is finished with. Just because I ate an entire packet of biscuits in the past, does not mean I have to always eat entire packets of biscuits. Hashem gave us the opportunities to constantly renew and refresh ourselves. We must take those opportunities and see ourselves in a new light.

You can do it! You and I both know it’s hard, but if we make it a priority, we can do it!
