I can’t do an accounting of everything I’ve eaten over the last four days. (Shabbos, day 108, Sunday Erev Yom Tov and Lovely Husband’s birthday day 109, First two days yom tov).
I didn’t go off the rails but I did have controlled portions of dessert and seconds portions of mains that maybe I didn’t need. But overall, it was fairly healthy food, just lots more of it than usual. I also did nosh a little between meals. I’m just trying to hang on until after all the Yom tovs, not gain too nutty and then be able to pound this weight loss when we return to normal routine.
I weighed myself this morning and I’ve gained 0.75lbs, which is really not terrible at all! Total weight loss 13.5lbs.
