Breakfast – porridge with almond milk, mango

Exercise- I carried all these shopping bags to the car which was across a road and round a corner, and then a bit further…

Lunch -onion, courgette, sweet potato in soy sauce and rice vinegar. It was a bit heavy on the onions

Followed by some cottage  cheese and pickles

Afternoon snacks –  several mouthfuls of mixed seeds.  I really recommend them, I’m not sure what health benefits there are, but how can they possibly be bad for you?

I then finished off the last little bit of the chocolate mousse.

And with the children’s supper ate some egg fried rice.

I didn’t really feel like making anything proper for supper. I’ve been quite tired all day after a disturbed night, and so I had a bowl of porridge.
