Breakfast – porridge with almond milk

Lunch – two mugs of soup, 3 ryvitas with hummus, a clementine, a pitta bread, a plain Greek yoghurt with sweetener.  Funny, at the time it seemed like a lot of food, which I spread out eating over about two hours while I was doing bits and pieces, but actually, it isn’t such an outrageous meal on reflection.

Afternoon snacks – mixed seeds.  I nearly blocked these out, as H also had some. And then choked. And then threw up all over me. When I say all over me, I mean all over me.  Be glad there is no photo.

Supper – bread, beef and beetroot and barley stew (and onion, but that doesn’t begin with b).
