Breakfast – porridge with almond milk and half an orange

Morning snacks – mixed seeds (approx 25g),  cottage cheese

1 hour Pilates class

Lunch – jacket potato with whipped cream cheese, cottage cheese and pickles

Afternoon – on way to school, carrots

– at kids supper time, egg fried rice, toffee yoghurt

Supper –  breadsticks and whipped cream cheese

I guess I ate too much rice, I had cooked some tilapia for us, but I couldn’t be bothered to deal with all the bones and just fancied something easy and small for supper.
