Breakfast – porridge with almond milk

Morning – the last piece of “Don’t Tell The Children” Cake, seeds, stewed apples with sweetener

An hour of Pilates, I worked hard this week.

Lunch – a load of leftovers. Potatoes, veggie Bolognese, cottage cheese, sweetcorn

 Afternoon  – plain yoghurt with sweetener, pasta

Supper – stir fry beef with onion, mushroom, carrot, courgette, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar,  ginger
