Breakfast – porridge with almond milk
Morning snack – strawberry yoghurt
Lunch – two chicken legs, ratatouille, carrots
Afternoon snacks – two oranges, a Sharon fruit, mixed seeds, prunes, a piece of salmon (salmon during kids supper)
Supper – salmon, rice, baby corn
