Breakfast – porridge with almond milk
Morning snack/early lunch – rather a lot of crackers with peanut butter and a banana. So delicious though. 2 clementines. I think I had a yoghurt before the crackers, but I’ve forgotten.
One hour Pilates
Late lunch – a bowl of vegetable soup, a Sharon fruit
Afternoon snack – half a pot of cottage cheese
Supper – pizza with onion, mushroom and egg (the egg was LH’s idea and oh what a good idea it was).
Bit of a strange day food wise. I don’t feel off track. I ate what I felt was right at the time. I’ve been hearing a lot about intuitive eating lately, and it really resonates with me. It does require real honesty with yourself though. Otherwise things like far too many crackers happen, because I fancied something with a bit of crunch. But they are very moreish. Never mind.
I agree with you about texture as we have said so many times before so just decide how many is a reasonable portion (just as you would for any other food) and from then on don’t exceed that number. You can do it – like me and bananas!
Love you x

Crackers, moreish? Do you mean Moorish? As in the Yorkshire Moors? So, like Yorkshire crackers? Funny, they don’t look like Rakusens.
