Breakfast – porridge with almond milk
One hour Zumba – I felt like I wasn’t very energetic today, but something has to be better than nothing.
Lunch – two chicken thighs with onion and carrots and butternut squash (love shabbos leftovers)
Afternoon – mixed seeds
Supper – sandwich (two slices wholemeal bread, pesto, turkey slices, pickles) sweetcorn
I was doing paperwork today and I stopped myself from going to have something to snack on as I started to feel anxious and overwhelmed by what needed doing. I just had a drink (orange squash) and started tackling the pile one sheet of paper at a time. I was proud to have identified a trigger for what the “hunger” really was.
