Today’s food requires explanation but I’m tired and I want to go to sleep. But I needed to have logged it. Maybe I’ll offer my excuses tomorrow.

Breakfast – porridge with almond milk and cinnamon

Morning snack pre hitting the shops with kids (shoes, Lidl, glasses)- onion and mushroom omelette

Snack after shops – clementine

Lunch at k pizza – grilled cod and chips (they were out of mushy peas)

Afternoon snacks – prunes, vanilla yogurt

Supper – salmon, potatoes

After snacks – chocolate money (about 1.5oz), corn nuts
