I was out most of the day today, so I only had the food I’d brought with me. That consisted of a sandwich made last night and calories already calculated, and a yoghurt. And that was it between breakfast and lunch except for a banana that I bought just before collecting the kids.
Breakfast – porridge with almond milk
Lunch – sandwich (2 slices wholemeal bread, runs, sweetcorn, light mayo, cucumber), a plain yoghurt
Afternoon – banana
Supper – chicken thigh fillets – possibly my new favourite food, they are just so so so so so so so delicious, barley, baby spinach.
