Breakfast – porridge with almond milk
Snack – vanilla yoghurt
Lunch – stir fry chicken breast with peppers and corn, clementines
Snack – clementine
Supper – unexpectedly awesome oriental beef and mushroom soup, unexpected as in, I thought it would be a stir fry, but then there was loads of liquid and it was a soup instead!
Later – two slices of stewed apple
Total food 1413 kcal, exercise – I walked briskly for about 5 minutes each way to see a friend this morning instead of driving. Perhaps 50 kcal, if that.
A normal day, with the kids back at school. Hurray! Long may it last!
