1 lb on. That’s the weekend. 😦 I know that I gained and then lost most of what I gained, but that’s just how it is. I’ll get it off and then some by next week. I’m determined.
I’m hoping to go to my gym (see that? MY gym, because I’m a member now…) And do some upper body strength training today as my lower half is still achy from Monday.
