Breakfast – porridge with almond milk

Later – toffee yoghurt

Lunch – potato, feta, pickles,

Stress snack – cupcake

Supper plan – challah, chicken thigh and maybe leg, carrots, mushrooms, squash, roast potatoes

Calories will be about 1800-2000kcal
