Still no fence. Grrr. Allegedly next Monday. Any burglars out there want to break in to my house? At LH’s insistence and suggestion the workmen at least took a tarpaulin we happened to have and cover the back so there’s a bit nor privacy until they install the new proper fence. This may or may not be taking place on Monday.
Food I’ve been really good in today though and I went to Pilates.

Breakfast – porridge with almond milk
Snack – prunes
1 hour Pilates
Lunch – stir fry butternut squashand carrot spaghetti with chicken mince
Snack – alpro vanilla yogurt
Supper – sausages, fried onion and ketchup.
Again no photos because awaiting new handset.
