Breakfast – porridge with almond milk
Snack – prunes
Lunch – boiled cabbage, banana, yogurt
Snack – 18g 85% cocoa chocolate
Supper – lasagne (I considered posting the recipe but it’s such a non recipe it hardly seems worth it).
Total food calories 948kcal.
