I’m so pleased that I lost this week. That’s 3 weeks in a row! With Pesach looming, it is really encouraging to have this progress taking place. I plan to be sharing a few Pesach tips. Here is tip no 1 (from someone who us nowhere near ready!!!)

Pesach tip 1: First thing to make when you change over. Get a slow cooker (if you don’t already have one) or a big saucepan. Bung in a bunch of easy vegetables, either frozen or fresh (eg. Onion, carrot, potato, celery, whatever). Voila, a soup for you to have hot whenever you need it, sip it in a mug, eat it for lunch, supper (even breakfast of you like). Just make that food for eating now. The Yom Tov food will wait 10 minutes while you make this and you will find it easier to do everything else knowing that you have your soup waiting for you.

Snack – macadamia nuts, prunes, 28g 85% cocoa chocolate

Lunch – stir fry chicken, courgette, mango, rice vinegar, soy sauce, sweetener, Bulgar wheat

Snack – cereal bar

Supper – stir fry chicken, mixed summer medley (baby corn, mangetout, carrot), carrot spaghetti, baby corn, mango, Bulgar wheat
