Breakfast – porridge with almond milk – hurray! First since Pesach. Oh how I love this breakfast. It is so filling and warm and low calorie. Oh porridge, how I love thee.

Urban fruits 8 dried strawberries 

Supper – omelette made with 3 eggs, onion, mushroom, imitation feta cheese. Plus a bit more cheese.

Total calories about 1300kcal!  I’m back in the game
