Breakfast – porridge with almond milk and 9g (a heaped teaspoon) healthy peanut butter

30 minute (1.6 mile) walk round aldernham country park with my wonderful Mummy 

Lunch – Sushi

Snacks – beef jerky, jubbly, 2 prunes, Clementine, a bread stick, pasta, 2 fish fingers

Supper – pasta, sardine mayo, cottage cheese, Plain yogurt with sweetener

Total food 1287kcal, 216 exercise
