The food today was mostly to plan plus some chocolate, a hot chocolate, a yogurt, some pistachios, cereal, grapes and seeds. Hopefully kept under 2000kcal.
Nothing hugely out of the ordinary (don’t worry Mummy) but the children were all a bit grumpy today but I didn’t enormously overeat (the pistachios and cereal were after it all fell apart a bit). Could have been much much worse.
It was just one of those days where the children were bored, their friends weren’t available to play and H had woken everyone up before 6.
