Because it was polling day today, my children were off school.  
*Denotes foods I shouldn’t have eaten but did because I either had more time to eat than usual so ate more, or just was enjoying the food so ate more than I should have.

Breakfast – Porridge with almond milk and raisins.  *Plain yogurt with sweetener

Snack – banana, 3 carrots

Lunch – salmon, potato salad, carrots, *cashews, *brie, *more salmon

*Cooking with children we made pizza. I tried the dough. I tried a small piece of pizza. I polished off an entire small pizza. Gaaaarrrgh! Will someone please hit me over the head with something heavy?!
