Shabbos went pretty much to plan except I also noshed on macadamia nuts and mixed seeds. There are certain times of days where I just feel the need to nibble on something. This week I really wanted crunchy/salty. 

Sunday, the scales showed 13st 5lbs, up 2lbs. 

Breakfast – Porridge with almond milk, cinnamon and raisins

Lunch – my MIL asked us out to lunch in Hendon cafe as it will be her birthday tomorrow. I chose to have sushi. It wasn’t the best sushi and afterwards I felt such a sugar low I nearly fell asleep in the car on the way home.

At kids bedtime a fish cake

Supper – courgetti and leftover chicken

Total for the day 1236kcal no exercise
