I stayed pretty much on track today although I had more snacks than I should have. Aimee calories estimated but around 1900kcal for the day. Starting tonight and until nearly 10pm tomorrow is a fast day, Tisha B’Av.
Breakfast – weetabix with almond milk. 1 Clementine, 2 carrots
Snacks – 2 carrots, prunes
Lunch – tuna, tomato, pickle sandwich with more pickles
Snacks – prunes, peanuts, egg, soya yogurt
Supper – bread and leek and potato soup
Seuda hamafsekes (religiously prescribed pre fast meal) – bread and boiled egg (and ash but I didn’t count the calories on that).
Fast well, may we merit to the rebuilding of the Beis haMikdash speedily in our days.
