Breakfast – 2 weetabix with almond milk

Snack – plain yogurt with sweetener

Lunch – egg mayo and pickle sandwich. Pasta

Snack – a very few chocolate chips, tiny taste of cake mixture

Supper – It is our wedding anniversary and we went out for Chinese. I had chicken and sweetcorn soup for starter and we shared chicken with cashew nuts, lamb in ginger and spring onion, sesame broccoli, Pak choi with garlic.

Total day’s calories approx 1900kcal I reckon.
