Lunch – tuna, sweetcorn and pickle (mayo) sandwich
Nakd bar, Clementine, crackers and cheese
Two chocolate pudding yogurts. Pistachio
Chicken and green beans
5 hours at Great Notley Park, but lots of sitting watching children play rather than being on my feet the whole time.
