Breakfast – porridge

Morning – lots of stuff.

Lunch – chicken sandwich

Afternoon – egg fried rice

Supper – egg fried rice

The lots of stuff was where it went not so healthily. I don’t feel like explaining myself, and honestly the explanation is all twaddle.

LH is off work from tomorrow until the end of next week. While he is off work I really have absolutely no excuse for going off the rails. Not one. Tomorrow will be a proper food diary with calories under 1500kcal. You just see.
