I saw a link to the Aspire swim the channel challenge. I’d love to do it, but it would mean swimming 163 lengths per week for 12 weeks consistently and I just can’t commit. Anyone want to make a team?
Breakfast – beans and feta on toast
Lunch – tuna, red Leicester, tomato mayo sandwich. Plain yogurt
Lots of walking around a park, some shlepping H’s or LH’s bike with me (maybe I should get one?)
Snack – 2 prunes. 100g pasta
Supper – veggie burgers, ketchup, spinach
