You’ve got this! If weight loss was easy, everyone would do it. Just think of how much you work for and value every pound lost. It will all add up to better health in the end. I remember when I lost around 70lbs I saw the biggest drop when I weight trained and controlled my diet. More muscle means more calorie burn. Enjoy your week!

You can do this. I know the feeling of feeling maintaining in your diet but it’s better than a gain. I’ve been doing this lately too I’m hoping the hard work will pay off over the next couple of weigh in xx
