My children went horse riding today, a birthday present from their very generous Uncle. When I was filling in the forms for them, I noted there was an upper weight limit above which they didn’t allow people to ride the horses (13st7lbs). Not very long ago I was above that limit but now I am not. I am really looking forward to posting my weight to you on Sunday as this week the scales have been moving amazingly in the right direction.

More sleep, less stress, less snacks. It is working for once!

Breakfast – Porridge with almond milk, raisins, apricot, cinnamon

Lunch – strawberry yogurt. Stir fry – onion, courgette, carrot, egg, soy sauce, ginger, peanut butter

Snacks – clementines, sweetcorn shnitzel

Supper – banana, lasagne, cauliflower
