Isn’t every day the first day of a new chance?
Item number one went in the stash in the freezer today. We had family over to celebrate my parents’ wedding anniversary (mazel tov Mummy and Daddy) and I just didn’t provide a dessert other than fruit. We’re all trying to be healthier, and noone needed a cake just because we were celebrating, we just enjoyed each others company, and that was great.
I’m going to get my gym bag ready before I crash tonight as I’d like to go swimming tomorrow. If I do that, and I tell you lot about it, I’m almost obligated.
Breakfast – Porridge with almond milk and cinnamon
Snack – a bite of an unripe sharon fruit, half a banana
Later snack – mixed salted nuts
Lunch – bagel with tuna and pickles. Smoked salmon, carrots, egg mayo
Snack – grapes and pineapple
Supper – courgette and carrot spaghetti with feta
