A big thank you to my friend A that we went to for lunch today. She’d made such a Simcha friendly menu and my numbers afterwards were brilliant.
Also by continuing my nighttime snacking, my morning blood sugar levels were also in the right range.

Nighttime/early morning snack – cashews and peanuts
Breakfast – light grape juice, matza, coffee cheese, pickles, plain Greek yogurt with sweetener, an orange
Snack – dove farm bar
Lunch – challah, egg mayo, carrots, schnitzel, broccoli salad, small piece of squash kugel, sweetcorn salad, salt beef, nuts, trail mix
Snack – banana, alpro yoghurt, 2 crackers
Supper- tuna quiche
