Nightime – nuts
Breakfast – Porridge with apple and almond milk
Lunch – banana, tuna quiche, pasta, courgette and carrot spaghetti, feta. Finished off leftover bits of M’s quiche crust.
Snacks -banana, trail mix, milk
Supper at kids time – toast with margarine and Marmite. Picked at raisin wheats. Really wanted something with crunch to it. And not a carrot!
Later – cottage cheese, mixed nuts
